ADOPTION POLICY

The Process

Adopting a horse is a rewarding journey that requires careful consideration and preparation. We appreciate your interest in adopting a horse rescued by LHHR. To ensure that each one of our horses finds a permanent and loving home, we require potential adopters to fill out an adoption survey as well as passing a home-check. Home checks may be submitted via video to LHHR email. 

Once you are approved for adoption and have found your little equine friend, you will need to complete an adoption contract.
